At the ending of Act 1 Willy and Linda were facing strong relationship tensions where Willy was despising his son Biff and Linda tried to calm them both down and make Willy not hate his son anymore for no meeting up to his expectations. Also at the end of act 1 the characters were arguing a lot more then usual. In the beginning of act 2 its as if the problems and tensions the characters had for each are now gone and non-existent. The sons of Willy, Biff and Happy were gone and had left for work and Willy was happy because of this. This part is similar to the beginning of act 1 where Linda and Willy are just talking about bills and how they need to earn money to fix parts of their home, and how they got shortchanged.

At the ending of Act 1, Willy was in total dismay. His marriage life was in ruins, his relationship with Biff and Happy were at a boiling point because of the constant arguments they had, and he was not doing well financially. This really changed at the beginning of Act II. At the beginning of Act II, Willy seems to be happy because his children left the house and his relationship with his wife is getting better.

The beginning of act ll is different from the ending of act l. It is different in tone emotionally. Willy, in the ending of act l is depressed. He has a lot going on in his life and he is suffering from it. Not enough sales drives him, along with his family, to not having enough money to pay bills, and him having to ask the neighbor for fifty dollars to lie to his wife saying that its his pay check. He is also cheating on his wife, and the guilt is ripping to pieces inside, he gets nice and expensive stockings for his lover and feels guilty when he see's his wife mending stockings.

At the ending of Act 1 the atmosphere is very tense because Willy marriage with Linda is being tested from the disrespect he is showing her. Then the atmosphere turns depressing because Willy is now complaining about his money troubles and he don't know how longer they can manage. The atmosphere is promising because Willy is giving clues to Biff so he can do a good job on his interview. He is now feeling happy for son because he thinks he will now be successful. In the beginning of Act 2 the atmosphere is more joyful because Willy is excited about going to talk to Howard about his job and working in New York. Then he is talking about the re modeling he wants to do in the house.

In Act I, Willy was very rowdy, always having a problem with his money being spent on the house. Linda was very considerate and she supported Willy a hundred percent, but but he always had a negative attitude towards her, which cause their relationship to ruin. Both Biff and Happy was at a boiling point with their father because he was nagging them about how crappy their lives were. Everything change in Act II, Willy was more happy and comfortable that his children left the house and his marriage was showing improvement.

At the ending of Act 1, Willy is upset that his son Biff is not a good representation for the job, he wants Biff to act as a business man. There is a big familiar tension. Now in Act 2, we can see that after the fight of last night, Linda tells Willy he looks rested, so he says "I slept like a dead one". This shows that the atmosphere, the feelings from the previous act has changed into a positive and calm morning. Act two introduces a different atmosphere because now Biff neither Happy are present, and Linda told Willy that Biff seemed to be hopeful. The transition from Act 1 to Act 2 shows a different feeling of thoughts, that make the family feel happy.

At the ending of Act 1, Willy and his family were in hell. Willy and Linda were having tensions because of the way Willy was treating his sons. Linda tried to calm Willy down which led to arguments. The entire family was in a financial crisis. However, in the beginning of Act 2, the tension faded. Willy was happy that his two sons were off to work, and his relationship with Linda got better.

The beginning of act ll is different from the end of act l emotionally because his children have left the house. He is happy and cheerful now. He and his wife's relationship is getting better and this adds to his happiness. His problems and issues are seeming to fade.

The atmosphere in the beginning of at II differs from the one at the ending of act I because in the ending of act I there was a lot of tensions and arguments. There was conflict between his marriage and between his sons Biff and Happy, there was also problems financially. But in the beginning of act II The arguments and conflicts seemed to have died down because his sons had found work and left the house and the relationship between him and his wife Linda was getting better.

In the beginning of act I, Willy and his son Biff were not getting along with each other. Willy was disappointed because he wanted his son to be successful and have a job like his other son Happy. But he wasn't doing that. He was lazy. Linda was trying to calm them down because the situation was getting worse. They were arguing too much. In the beginning of act II, things got better. Biff decided to look for a job and his dad Willy was happy even though he wasn't demonstrating it.

The beginning of act 2 starts off with a new day; it's the day when Biff and Happy go to Oliver in order to get money for their business and Willy goes to his job asking to have a stationary job. by the end of the first act, the audience has the idea that the day is supposed to be a good day filled with hope and accomplishment for both Willy and his sons, but unfortunately, it doesn't turn out that way. The audience already expects things to get worse in this play because of Willy's tendency to drift off into the past and his relationship with his sons. The atmosphere is difference in the second act being filled with anger, regret, and desperation on Willy's part. After being fired from his job of 34 years by his old boss's son crushed his heart, making him think of a time when he was sure that things would go perfectly for his life. Biff would go to college and he would eventually be a member of the firm.

When ending with act 1, Linda and Willy where going through some hardships in there relationship because of the bad communication willy had with his sons. Linda tried her best to make peace between the two. Willy is to demanding and wanted his son to reach his expectations but obviously life doesn't role that way. Arguments were more the usual in act 1. Act 2 was much better for willy because his children finally left the house and his relationship with his wife had begun to make good progress.

The atmosphere in act I was very tense and angry. In the atmosphere you could tell that things wasn't going so well with the Loman family. There was constant fights between Willy and Biff and Willy was starting to lose it. In act 2 things were pretty much the same. Biff was unhappy and Willy kept on pressing Biff to get a salesman job. The Loman family was in crises.

The atmosphere in Act one has a lot of tension because Willy has a very rocky relationship with one of his sons Biff. Linda doesn't approve the way Willy acts towards Biff, its like he always had hate for him. The atmosphere of Act two is more calm because Willy relationship are becoming better with Biff. Biff really cares and it is starting to show because Biff makes an effort to ask for a loan he wants to make Willy proud.

The atmosphere of the first Act is judgmental and patient. it is judgmental because Willy is constantly pressuring Biff and bad mouthing him to Linda about how he hasn't accomplished much in life and how he needs to do much better. Willy wants Biff to be successful and start a family so he could finally be proud of him for something. Linda has great patience with Willy even though he lashing out at her and her two sons. It is different from the atmosphere of the ending of the second Act because it was hopeful. Willy was excited that his son Biff took the initiative to go see Oliver after all they had been through. Also they were doing more things to make Willy happy and proud of them.

The atmosphere in act one differs from the atmosphere in act two. In the first act there are multiple predicaments, caused by Willy's mental situation. He constantly gets upset with Linda and Biff but he's overreacting. On the other hand, act two is more tranquil. There are less conflicts and more effort put into the family. Biff and Happy try to make his father happy by starting with a plan on their future, creating a shop called The Loman Brothers. Linda is satisfied in this act when Willy takes her advice on telling his boss that he needs to stop being sent abroad. Act two has a happier atmosphere than act one.

In the beginning of act1 the atmosphere was very unsettling, due to the constant arguments Willy was having with his family (specifically his sons). It makes the audience/readers feel a bit anxious about whats gonna happen next. Suddenly in act2 the atmosphere had changed, Willy was way more happy with his son (happy & biff). Also he was beginning to treat Linda a little better.
